Michael Hill combines a strong academic foundation and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Already as a graduate student in Biology and Theoretical Physics at the University of Zurich he founded his first entreprise, which he led during five years. Thereafter, he went for a Doctorate in Pharmacology at the University of Oxford and later worked as a Research Fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles. Currently, Michael Hill steers the strategic orientation and innovation of the «Swiss National Science Foundation».
When Guido Rudolphi in 1975 tinkered on a Univac for the first time, he was gripped by his excitement for computers. Already as a Teenager he tested security systems of private and public enterprises, elaborated security concepts for them, and could over the years make a name for himself as a leading security expert.
Since 2011 he is a Bitcoin-Enthusiast and is involved in various projects.
