6 months ago, we introduced demand pay at Dezentrum as an experiment. At the Spot On panel, Dezentrum partner Mirko Fischli will talk about our experiences with the demand wage model. Together with other company representatives, three different questions will be discussed i) What is worth to us, and how much?, ii) What are the differences that make a difference to us and should be reflected in the compensation? and iii) Do employees receive positive feedback such as appreciation for their value contribution in addition to monetary compensation?
