In our workshop "Democracy Fiction", participants become science fiction authors for an evening: Together we will develop desirable future scenarios for digital democracy and put them up for discussion. With this workshop, we want to emphasise a proactive understanding of democracy: thinking about desirable futures is an important step towards participation and thus part of democracy.
The workshop will be held by Anna-Katharina Boos and Ramona Sprenger from Dezentrum and is based on our study on democracy and digitalisation for TA-SWISS. The workshop will take place in the framework of Phil Expo '22.
